Mara's Southern Kitchen was a Barbecue and Cajun restaurant serving authentic Southern favorites that were prepared fresh daily.
The menu featured signature Crawfish Stuffed Bread, Gulf char-grilled Oysters, Smoked BBQ Ribs, Meats and Chicken, Wings served in 8 styles and Nashville HOT Chicken. Jambalaya, Po’ boys, and okra Gumbos were always available. Comfort foods such as Southern Fried Chicken, Macaroni and Cheese and Country Fried Steak. Char-grilled Black Angus steak, and house-ground brisket burgers were served.
Daily specials, flavorful with a Southern twist were always changing.
